Job Title: Purchasing & Support Coordinator Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. client business hours (with flexibility for evenings/weekends depending on client support needs. About the Role Pavago is hiring a Purchasing & Support Coordinator on behalf of a client in a project-driven, operations-heavy environment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are ordered accurately, delivered on time, and tracked correctly so projects stay on schedule and within budget. You will collaborate with the Project Management team to forecast, purchase, and manage the procurement of all project materials. This includes creating purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, tracking deliveries, and supporting client projects. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Purchasing: * Process purchase orders (POs) for project materials, equipment, and services. * Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure favorable contracts. * Maintain accurate records of all purchases, invoices, and payments. * Track and expedite deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials. * Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries. * Source new vendors as needed to meet project requirements. Client Support: * Provide administrative support to project teams as needed. * Assist with client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, POs, and invoices. General Administrative: * Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed. * Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned. Skills and Qualifications * Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience with project management software is a plus. * High School Diploma or equivalent required.
