-Realize the development of quotes for purchase orders, delivery dates, and logistical tracking (from collection at the supplier to arrival at the company);
-Realize follow-up for non-conformity resolutions;
Present the fulfillment of requested orders in projects raised in meetings;
-Develop new suppliers;
-Realize pre-approvals of purchases;
-Be responsible for responding directly to the Production Manager regarding all purchase-related demands;
-Follow up and collect from the supplier a rapid and assertive resolution of RNCs (Non-Conformity Reports);
-Supervise analyst requests and measure productivity monthly through indicators.

Requirements:

-Experience as Purchasing Manager (Supplies) Mandatory
-Advanced Office Package Mandatory;
-Post-graduation: Supplies and related Desirable;
-Knowledge in Purchase Software, Radar, Trello, and Stratws Desirable;
-Mechanical knowledge Desirable;
-Power BI knowledge Desirable;
-Intermediate English Desirable;
