Purchasing/ Procurement - Executive level (MNC)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures in the logistics industry. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions. Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Provide guidance and support to purchasing team members to achieve strategic objectives. Analyze and interpret data to inform procurement decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
