Purchasing Office - Technical-Commercial Officer l.68/99

Ali spa, a subsidiary of Milan, seeks a person to be inserted in support of the purchasing office belonging to the Protected Categories that will play a strategic role within the technical-commercial team. The Role: You will be the point of reference for the entire procurement process, working closely with the sales and production departments. Your main responsibilities will include: - Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze the technical specifications of clients, identify the necessary components (motors, accessories, etc.) and request offers from suppliers. - Selection and Negotiation: Evaluate proposals, identify the most advantageous technical solution and negotiate the terms and conditions for purchase contracts. - Technical-Commercial Support: Work in synergy with the Sales Department, using the CRM system to monitor quotes and support growth in target markets. - Internal Coordination: Constantly interface with production and supply chain to ensure maximum efficiency. Requirements and Qualifications - Technical Background: A technical background is fundamental to understand product specifications. - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil&Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical sector - Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English. Offer and Conditions - Contract: Direct hiring with an open-ended contract. - Remuneration: The salary and RAL will be defined based on your real skills and experiences (CCNL Metalmeccanico). - Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (no shifts). - Location: Opera (MI).
