This is a unique opportunity for an autonomous and motivated professional who wants to take on a key role in a dynamic and evolving environment. Work location: Casorezzo (MI) - Requested presence at: Corporate Direction. Job Description: We are looking for a profile that assumes complete responsibility for managing financial data, tax compliance, and daily administrative activities. You will be responsible for analyzing and planning procurement strategies, selecting and managing suppliers, negotiating and contracting, order management, and logistics, paying particular attention to conformity and sustainability. The ideal candidate has a practical but also structured approach, is able to improve existing processes, is flexible and results-oriented. Main Responsibilities: - Analysis of needs; - Development of procurement strategies that include the purchase of raw materials, negotiation of service contracts or management of long-term partnerships with suppliers; - Preparation and monitoring of expense budgets; - Research and scouting of potential suppliers at local, national, and international levels; - Qualification of suppliers based on company criteria; - Management of relationships with suppliers; - Processing of requests for tenders, conducting auctions or requesting quotes; - Negotiation to obtain the best price and payment terms; - Issuance of purchase orders and monitoring of goods, in close collaboration with the logistics office. Requirements: Education: High school diploma in administrative/buyer field or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Experience: - Proven experience (minimum 3-4 years) in negotiation and contracting, excellent preparation for conducting complex negotiations to obtain the best commercial conditions; - Previous experience in market analysis and supplier management; - Experience in specialized contexts in the metalmechanics sector; - Operational autonomy in buyer activities. Technical Skills: - Good knowledge of mechanical components (valves, tubing, gaskets), small parts, and tools; - Good proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Zucchetti, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or AS400); - Good knowledge of English language; - Ability to work independently, managing deadlines and priorities effectively. Transversal Skills: - Precision, reliability, and attention to detail; - Good organizational and problem-solving skills; - Teamwork predisposition; - Provenance from structured companies (title preferred).
