Main responsibilities:

• Coordinating, supporting, and developing the procurement team.
• Planning and implementing procurement strategies in line with company objectives.
• Negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Ensuring optimal inventory levels, in collaboration with sales and logistics departments.
• Monitoring supplier performance and procurement team performance.
• Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency.
• Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to company leadership periodically.

Ideal profile:

• Higher education degree (preferably in economics, pharmaceuticals, or technical fields).
• Experience in a management role in procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical field, is an advantage.
• Experience in team coordination and leadership capacity.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and relevant regulations.
• PC operating skills - MS Office, ERP; English language - medium/advanced level.
