Purchasing Manager

Position: Purchase Manager Experience: 5–10 years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager responsible for procurement and inventory management of CCTV systems, GPS devices, laptops, sensors, and electronic hardware. The candidate must have direct OEM working experience, strong vendor negotiation skills, and hands-on expertise in inventory planning and control. Key Responsibilities Procurement & OEM Management Manage end-to-end procurement of CCTV, GPS devices, IT Hardware, and other electronic components. Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and specifications. Inventory Management Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels. Monitor inventory turnover and identify slow-moving or obsolete items. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Analyze inventory data to forecast future demand and optimize purchasing decisions. Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and manage a network of reliable vendors. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements with vendors. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns. Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Cost Management Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs and improve profitability. Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies. Track and report on procurement-related expenses. Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in the electronics industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience with OEM management and vendor relationship management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
