These are your tasks: Cost control like a pro: You work closely with the F&B team to create and maintain technical data sheets, ideal sales prices to ensure maximum revenue, and to monitor and analyze the financial performance of our restaurants. You will also be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory, and optimizing our purchasing processes. Your goal is to ensure that our restaurants operate efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the high standards of our Mama Shelter brand.
