Purchasing Department Manager

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating commercial terms and building long-term relationships with suppliers
• Finding and qualifying new suppliers, analyzing the market
• Developing budgets and procurement strategies
• Collaborating with other departments in planning and implementing procurement needs
• Managing a team: motivating, developing skills

Requirements:

• Experience working on a similar role in the purchasing department of a production company
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in logistics, management, or production engineering)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical thinking, good organization
• Good knowledge of English language
