Job description

If you want:

To prepare and monitor procurement schedules based on production plans/inventory levels and to realize these schedules according to internal procedures
To lead purchase order registration in the MOVEX system (confirmation, acceptance, closure)
To independently type and make decisions regarding material purchases, services, spare parts, and all products ordered for purchase
To conduct reliable and timely supply control
To negotiate purchase prices, cooperation terms (contracts, agreements) with suppliers of materials and services
To organize tenders
To create purchase orders
To describe purchase invoices
To calculate and analyze material requirements for purchase
