Job description

We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a Purchase Manager / Procurement Leader (m/w/d) with in-depth experience in the procurement of IT hardware. In this position, you will be responsible for strategic and operational procurement, building international supplier relationships, and ensuring inventory availability.

The workplace is Berlin (Tempelhof). The position is full-time. Very good German language skills are absolutely required.

Tasks

Strategic and operational procurement of IT hardware
BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS
Negotiations on prices and contracts
Conducting market and price analyses
Ensuring inventory availability
Identifying new sources of supply and manufacturers
Tight cooperation with sales and product management

Qualification

Multiple years of professional experience in the procurement of IT hardware
Very good knowledge of the international hardware market
A existing network of suppliers and distributors is advantageous
Negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
Good German and English language skills
Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are absolutely required.
