The ideal candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire relevant work experience in purchasing or logistics
- Develop skills in negotiation, financial acumen, effective communication, and proficiency in procurement
- Strategically plan and align procurement strategies with company objectives
- Forecast market trends and evaluate risks and opportunities
- Prepare presentation reports and purchasing strategies
- Manage budgets and cost estimates
- Research and source new suppliers and vendors
- Maintain records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or relevant field
- Experience: minimum 3-5 years
- Qualification: Any Graduation
