Punching Manager

Job Title: Punching Manager Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Punching Manager to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The Punching Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production of punched products in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in punching operations and a proven track record of successfully managing a team. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the punching department; Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources; Manage and maintain a high level of quality control; Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration; Identify and address any potential issues or concerns; Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
