PUMA Retail Sales Associate (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You offer excellent customer service and continuously implement it on the sales floor in line with PUMA values and established service standards

• You ensure that through effective customer service, your individual performance achieves or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets

• You ensure speedy, competent, secure, and accurate processing of sales transactions at the checkout

• You ensure cleanliness and order in the store as well as compliance with all Visual Merchandising Guidelines in accordance with PUMA values

• You are responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing goods

• You look for opportunities to improve goods flow and communicate them to your team

• You complement our team in flexible part-time or full-time employment with working hours of approximately 20-40 hours per week
