Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of the accounting activities of the parent company and its subsidiaries.

You will benefit from close support allowing you to progressively develop your expertise in an international and multi-company environment.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Accounts Payable

  • Control and record supplier invoices;

  • Verify the compliance of accounting documents (purchase orders, amounts, dates, VAT rates, etc.);

  • Ensure the correct accounting allocation of expenses and monitor flows in the ERP;

  • Manage the receipt and processing of invoices through various collection channels.

Expense Report Management

  • Check the supporting documents submitted in the dedicated tool;

  • Record expenses and monitor reimbursements.

Payment Monitoring

  • Prepare and execute supplier payment runs;

  • Ensure compliance with payment deadlines;

  • Monitor expense report reimbursements.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Monitor supplier accounts and analyze balances;

  • Identify anomalies, discrepancies, or duplicates;

  • Participate in dispute resolution and the processing of follow-ups in conjunction with operational teams.

Accounting Closures

  • Participate in monthly and annual closing tasks;

  • Contribute to accounting analyses and cut-off entries (FNP - Factures Non Parvenues / Unbilled items, CCA - Charges Constatées d'Avance / Accrued Expenses);

  • Participate in certain tax declarations related to purchases.


What we expect from you

  • You are a recent graduate with at least a Bac+2 level (associate's degree or equivalent) in accounting, management, business administration, or business services.

  • You have a good command of office tools, particularly Excel, as well as experience with accounting software or ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP ByDesign is a real asset.

  • Professional English proficiency would be appreciated.

  • Position: Permanent contract to start ASAP

  • Location: Paris 19, Metro Line 7 (Corentin Cariou) / RER E (Rosa Parks)

  • Remote Work: 2 days per week
