About the Job

As a Public Relations Consultant, you will be a supporting and experienced point of contact for our clients, work closely with our C-Level team, and take on diverse and challenging tasks.

Your Tasks

• You develop communication strategies, formulate targeted messages, and write independent texts that spark interest.
• You are a reliable point of contact for our clients, advise them together with the C-Level in all matters of strategic communication, and ensure they feel well taken care of at our agency.
• You bring an existing journalist network with you, continuously build it out, maintain contacts to media from various fields, and actively engage in networking as part of your job.
• You analyze the initial situation, define clear goals together with our clients, and develop tailored communication plans that optimally support their interests.
• You recognize not only potential reputation risks but also opportunities for our clients.

Our clients and their topics are anything but ordinary. Therefore, we're looking for a special person who will enrich our great young team.

In general, character is more important than degrees. We do place some value on a few points, though.

• Experience: First-hand experience, ideally in an agency for public relations or communication. Also welcome are interested individuals from communications departments of companies, the field of public affairs, or editorial offices – anyone who recognizes the story and knows how to tell it so that others want to hear or read it.
• Languages: German at a native speaker's level, fluent in English (at least C1); knowledge of another world language is a plus but not a must.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside regular working hours if required by projects.
• Structure and Precision: Organized, independent work, and high reliability characterize you.
• Discretion: Trust is the foundation at our agency. You handle sensitive information discreetly, respectfully, and professionally.
• Communication Strength: Clarity and precision in communication – both written and oral. You know how to formulate messages and what it takes for a text to become a story that sparks interest.
