Public Relations Account Executive

We are now on the search for an Account Executive based in Singapore to grow and solidify our presence within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior team in developing and executing communications strategies – PR, social media marketing, owned and earned content.
• Develop and sustain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and trends.
• Cultivating relationships with key spokespeople, media and influencers (in Singapore and across the APAC region).
• Be involved in developing new business proposals and pitching.
• Develop media monitoring and media coverage reports with an understanding of how to analyse and value coverage pieces.
• Ensure delivery of key milestones including presentations, approvals, and production.
• Writing and editing content for a variety of external and internal communications channels.
• Be responsible to create clear, actionable client-facing communications, status reports, campaign summary reports and general account activity reports.
• Immersing yourself in all things media – from the latest movers to monitoring the daily news agenda, analysing how outlets are covering key trends, developing media relationships…and everything in between.

Who we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in both Malay and English (written and spoken) is essential for client work targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences. The role includes participating in meetings, preparing reports, creating relevant content, and providing translation support between English and Mandarin (both directions).
• Individuals or fresh graduates in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing, or individuals with 1–2 years of PR agency experience (including internships), are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with more extensive PR agency experience may be considered for the Senior Account Executive role.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach to work.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• A genuine interest in learning about and working across diverse industries.
