Public Areas Assistant

Job description

As a Public Areas Assistant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas (terraces, windows, floors, furniture, carpets, and general activities), performing your work quickly and efficiently, meeting quality standards.

Maintain all public areas in an orderly and clean state.
The Public Areas Assistant promotes a positive image of the property for guests and must be pleasant, honest, kind, and able to attend to guest requests and problems.
Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects of low weight without assistance.
Able to provide friendly and attentive service at all times.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to complete all tasks and responsibilities.
Must always have a positive and motivating attitude, transmitting to colleagues and guests.
Must have total knowledge of the area.
Must show professionalism and be oriented towards luxury service.
