Public Areas Assistant

As a Public Areas Assistant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas (terraces, windows, floors, furniture, carpets, and general activities), performing your work quickly and efficiently, meeting quality standards.

• Maintain all public areas in an orderly and clean state.
• The Public Areas Assistant promotes a positive image of the property for guests and must be pleasant, honest, kind, and able to attend to guest requests and problems.
• Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects of low weight without assistance.
• Able to provide friendly and attentive service at all times.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to complete all tasks and responsibilities.
• Must always have a positive and motivating attitude, transmitting to colleagues and guests.
• Must have total knowledge of the area.
• Must show professionalism and be oriented towards luxury service.
