We're on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at the newly acquired venue in Tweed Heads. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a venue under new ownership, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future success of the business. The Role As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the venue. You'll need strong back-of-house knowledge, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the skills to lead and motivate a team. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service. You'll also be involved in planning and implementing marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
