Overview: Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Sales Associate to join its Yorkdale location in Toronto, Canada As a Sales Associate at Marc Jacobs, you will drive sales & service by providing an exceptional client experience, engaging in clienteling, and assisting with the operations of the store. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and other commercial KPIs Ensure the store is always maintained according to visual merchandising standards Provide exceptional client service Build relationships with clients through clienteling activities Follow all operational procedures & policies, including loss prevention standards Maintain strong product knowledge regarding the collection, current trends, and styling Support the team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong selling and clienteling skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
