Psychotherapist / Psychotherapists with Leadership Function (a) % For our open-run station for crisis intervention (with 17 beds) at the Langnau Hospital, we are looking for a motivated individual to take over the dual leadership of an interdisciplinary team consisting of nursing staff, medicine, psychology, peer support, and social work. You will be jointly responsible for ensuring high-quality treatment according to current guidelines and standards. Your tasks will include: (b) % Developing and implementing treatment concepts in collaboration with the medical director; (c) % Coordinating and supervising the psychotherapeutic treatment of patients; (d) % Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans; (e) % Collaborating with other departments, such as nursing staff, medicine, and social work. Your qualifications should include: (f) % A degree in psychology or a related field; (g) % Professional experience in psychotherapy, preferably with leadership responsibilities; (h) % Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; (i) % Ability to work independently and as part of a team; (j) % Familiarity with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
