Job description
Location: Hybrid (City of Bern & Home Office)
Employment: Permanent position with a lot of freedom and self-determination
Workload: 40-100%
Start: As soon as possible or by arrangement
Do you want to do more than just treat, but also make a difference?
Then Oviva is the right place for you.
Why Oviva?
At Oviva, we pursue a clear mission: We want to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone.
Our digital programs support people with weight-related diseases. For many, weight loss is a goal, but our approach goes far beyond that: we help to improve health, build self-confidence, and increase quality of life.
We have already supported over a million people in Great Britain, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland – and we are just at the beginning. Every conversation and every line of code brings us closer to a healthier future. Become part of our team and actively shape this future.
The Position
A broad therapeutic spectrum with depth
People with obesity are diverse – as are their stories. Many of our patients also suffer from psychological or neurodivergent challenges such as ADHD, autism spectrum issues, burnout, depression, anxiety disorders, or binge-eating disorders.
Our goal is to offer these individuals holistic, respectful, and effective therapeutic support – beyond stigmatization and superficial approaches.
At Oviva, we address topics that concern many of our patients – such as self-image, hormonal changes, parenthood, daily stress, or emotional eating patterns. In psychotherapy at Oviva, all these topics are welcome.
Your Responsibilities
You conduct psychotherapy in our practice and online via video sessions.
You work interdisciplinarily with dietitians & doctors.
You actively shape what modern, digital psychotherapy looks like at Oviva.
You contribute your expertise to rethink care and achieve real impact.
Your Profile
Psychologist in training to become a federally recognized psychotherapist (m/f/d)
Completed clinical year in an institution of SIWF category A, B, or C
Passion for digital, patient-centered care
Openness to shaping new things – and questioning old ones
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
What awaits you at Oviva
Meaningful Impact: You will be part of a dedicated team revolutionizing healthcare for people with obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Dynamic Culture: An environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and change.
Attractive Benefits: Competitive salary, flexible working models, and personal development opportunities.
