The Sana Kliniken Duisburg GmbH operates two hospitals: the Wedau Kliniken and the Bertha-Hospital in Duisburg-Rheinhausen. We are looking for a psychotherapist (m/w/d) for our child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy department. The department is a specialized outpatient clinic for children and adolescents with mental health disorders. The tasks of the psychotherapist (m/w/d) include: - Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with children and adolescents - Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers - Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records - Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement activities. The ideal candidate should have: - A degree in psychotherapy or a related field - Experience in working with children and adolescents with mental health disorders - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
