Gear the process of teaching to the needs of all students with a concern for their interests, handicaps, special talents, individual styles and pace of learning. Treat children with dignity and respect. Be approachable to students and parents Promote maximum student participation through various activities and assignments. Encourage students to think critically and creatively. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Provide individualized support and feedback to students. Be open to constructive feedback and willing to make necessary adjustments to teaching methods.
