Psychology Teacher - Permanent Role

Salary: MPS/UPS - dependent on experience

We're working with a fantastic secondary school in Braintree who are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will deliver inspiring lessons in Psychology across KS4 and KS5, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for understanding human behaviour.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential).

• Have experience teaching Psychology at secondary level, ideally including A-level.

• Be passionate about the subject and able to engage students across all abilities.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Be committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
