With over 1,300 employees, the Department of Psychiatry fulfills a triple mission of treating mental disorders, training, and research. Thus, the department's mission is to effectively detect and treat increasingly frequent and polymorphic pathologies, respecting patients and their loved ones. Organized into six services, the department offers hospital, outpatient, and community services. The Adult Psychiatry service is involved in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in adults aged 18 to 65. Within outpatient and inpatient units, multidisciplinary teams provide comprehensive care, combining medical care, psychotherapy, and social support, in collaboration with external partners. The position is within the Young Adult Psychiatry Unit (UPJA), which cares for young people between 18 and 25 years old with emerging mental disorders. The program's mission consists primarily of evaluating and identifying mental disorders and proposing appropriate early treatment to promote the maintenance or resumption of social and emotional connections, as well as social, academic, or professional activities. Psychologist in training in psychotherapy according to the cognitive-behavioral model - 80% In this context, you will join the Young Adult Unit (UPJA) and provide outpatient care for young adult patients. As a psychologist, you will conduct standardized assessments and lead individual and group psychotherapies adapted to the needs of patients. You will actively support young adults by contributing to their care from a recovery perspective. Thanks to your clinical expertise, you will participate in evaluating their situation and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote their autonomy and well-being. In close collaboration with the multidisciplinary teams of the UPJA, composed of psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals, you will participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development and evolution of therapeutic projects. You will ensure coordinated, coherent care centered on the needs of the patients. More broadly, you will evolve in an environment that fosters interprofessional collaboration, skill sharing, and quality of care, dedicated to specialized and humanistic care for young adults. Qualifications Holder of a Master's degree in Psychology (or an equivalent qualification), it is imperative that you obtain acceptance into the MAS in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy for the 2026 intake. You have experience with young adults suffering from mental disorders, as well as skills in research and/or standardized assessment of these disorders. As a motivated and committed individual, you appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to the collective dynamic. Interested in research and the continuous improvement of practices, you are committed to a constant process of developing and updating your skills.
