Groupe SOS Jeunesse is the leading non-profit organization in child protection in France. Its mission: to educate and protect children, adolescents, and young adults facing difficulties considering their family, social, and economic environment. Support for parenting, reception of minors and young adults in danger or at risk of danger, with psychological difficulties, alternatives to incarceration, and socio-professional integration support. You will work within the MECS Pole of the association La Sauvegarde des Ardennes, which hosts young people entrusted to child welfare. Within the framework of the establishment's project, you will conduct educational activities with young people and adolescents received who are experiencing difficulties of a family, social, and/or individual nature, and presenting psychiatric disorders. Under the responsibility of the Deputy Director, you will participate within a multi-professional team in the development and implementation of a global project for the young people received. You will help the development and blossoming of the young people received, in their capacities for socialization, autonomy, and integration, with benevolence and well-treatment. You will be able to engage in institutional and partnership dynamics, while respecting the principle of confidentiality. You will be responsible for individualized projects and will implement the necessary resources and tools for their construction, ensure their application, and organize the conditions necessary for their evaluation. The support aims to guarantee the child: - Their safety by offering them stable living conditions - Individualized, containing, and warm support - The maintenance of links between the child and their parents; between the child and the resource persons in their environment Within the framework of the establishment's project, the psychologist participates within a multi-professional team in the development and implementation of a global project for the young people received. She/He helps with development and blossoming. She/He is able to engage in institutional and partnership dynamics, while respecting the principle of confidentiality. Psychological support within the program aims to evaluate and understand the overall personality functioning of the welcomed minors, taking into account their psychomotor and emotional development. The psychologist is involved in supporting the care by developing links with intervention networks for the psychological care of individuals, depending on the nature of the needs and ethical rules. She/He proposes reflections on issues and supports the psychopedagogical or multidisciplinary reflections of the service's educational team.
