Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). • Deliver evidence-based therapies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Social Skills Training. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments in the field of Autism and ADHD. • Participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and conferences. Requirements: • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from a recognized institution. • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with ASD and/or ADHD. • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapies and treatment approaches. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
