Psychologist | Flexible Days & Hybrid Role

About the Opportunity

Our client offers a supportive, multidisciplinary environment comprising a small team of Psychologists, a Counsellor, and a Mental Health Social Worker. With a reputation for personalised and holistic care, the practice caters to a diverse clientele across the lifespan, including:

• Medicare, Private, NDIS, TAC, and WorkCover clients
• Individuals seeking both therapy and psychological assessments
• Clients in need of tailored, trauma-informed or culturally responsive services

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to tailor your caseload, with scope for both in-person and Telehealth consultations. This role is perfect for an independent clinician who thrives in a semi-autonomous setting but values being part of a collaborative team.

Role Highlights

• Work 2 to 3 days per week – with full flexibility on days, including weekends
• Hybrid model: face-to-face and Telehealth
• Minimum of 4 billable hours per day, with admin support to optimise your time
• Billable time includes report writing and clinical meetings
• Subcontractor structure with up to 65% take-home for Clinical Psychologists and 60% for Registered Psychologists
• Expect a full calendar within 4–6 weeks for 2 days per week
• Choose your preferred client types and areas of interest

About You

• Fully registered Psychologist with AHPRA (Clinical or General Registration)
• Comfortable working independently with strong clinical judgement
• Able to manage a flexible and diverse caseload
• Interested in a long-term subcontractor position in a private practice setting
• Motivated by autonomy, yet values collaboration and peer support
