Description Join our dynamic and compassionate team at Habit Health EAP Services, where psychological expertise meets real-world solutions. As an EAP Psychologist, you'll pay a pivotal role in delivering confidential, short-term psychological support to employees across Aotearoa. You'll work with a diverse range of clients, presenting with workplace, personal, and organisational challenges from stress and burnout to trauma, change and leadership growth. Main responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions; Provide individual and group sessions for employees; Facilitate workshops and training programs; Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement employee well-being initiatives; Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress; Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and other professionals who share your passion for improving mental health outcomes.
