In the Psychological Service of the Cantonal BEObservation Station, you will shape individual perspectives together with an engaged team and accompany young people on their way to development and stability. Your tasks Conduct psychological diagnostic examinations and provide comprehensive diagnostic reports. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach. Provide crisis intervention and support. Develop and maintain a network of contacts with other professionals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team. Participate in training and further education. Develop and maintain a high level of professional knowledge and skills. Participate in the development of the Psychological Service. Your qualifications Master's degree in psychology or equivalent. 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of psychology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
