Psychologist (m/f/d) · Focus on Digital Health Communication & Live Streaming

Your Impact

At 7NXT Health Group (Gymondo, 7Mind, BuddyFit, Preneo), we combine technology, science, and community — to inspire people to lead a fitter and more positive life. We empower people to lead a fit and positive life.

We are expanding our Community & Prevention division and are looking for a psychologist who is not only professionally convincing but also authentically at home in the world of online communities and streaming. You will be the visible professional face in front of the camera, vividly conveying psychological content, and building and supporting an active community around mental health and prevention.

We welcome timely applications — the position is to be filled immediately.

Your Mission

You don't just want to watch — you want to shape things. Here you will get exactly that space.

• You will convey psychological content (e.g., stress management, sleep hygiene, resilience) in a target group-oriented, low-threshold manner — without pointing fingers
• You will host and moderate regular live streams on Twitch together with another person from the core team
• You will conduct interactive Q&A sessions and live exercises (e.g., breathing techniques) directly with the chat
• You will be responsible for the professional supervision of community spaces (Discord, chat) — including de-escalation and early detection of crises
• You will recognize warning signs in community members and discreetly forward them to professional support systems
• You will collaborate with the editorial team to prepare professional focal topics in a target group-appropriate manner
• You will represent the project at gaming events, trade fairs, and conferences (e.g., Gamescom)

Your Story

What you bring with you:

• Completed degree in psychology (M.Sc. or Diploma)
• Knowledge in health promotion, prevention, or stress management
• Experience in dealing with online communities (Discord, Twitch, or comparable)
• Initial experience in front of the camera or in live formats — you feel comfortable in digital spaces and know how to address a community
• Empathy, resilience, and a keen sense for sensitive topics in digital spaces
• Authentic familiarity with the gaming and/or e-sports scene is a clear plus — you know the language and culture of the target audience
• Willingness for regular evening streams and flexible time management

Nice to have:

• Own Twitch channel or demonstrable streaming experience
• Experience with crisis intervention or psychosocial counseling
• Knowledge of OBS or comparable streaming tools

You fit with us if you…

• want to rethink prevention — away from information sheets, towards real connection
• believe that health is achieved when it is part of everyday life
• are convincing both professionally and have a presence that people enjoy listening to
• are not afraid of a chat that also writes "Bro I too"
