We are looking for a psychiatrist physician h/f for our client's account, a recognized clinic in the care of healthcare personnel. You will work in collaboration with two other experienced practitioners, in a stimulating and benevolent environment.

This is a CDI at 50%, you will work in the complete hospitalization service with 38 beds, in collaboration with a psychiatrist physician and a general practitioner. Your Missions: - Ensure patient care and follow-up, primarily for healthcare personnel from all over France. - Diagnose and treat various pathologies such as professional burnout, bipolarity, trauma, and addiction. - Actively participate in the clinic's instances and the Medical Establishment Committee (CME). - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer high-quality care. - Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical practices and care.

You are a medical graduate with a specialization in psychiatry. You are comfortable taking care of healthcare personnel. You stand out for your listening skills and empathy for patients and healthcare personnel. Your ability to work as a team and integrate into a dynamic environment is an asset.
