How could you shape the future of mental care in a medical-social establishment as a Psychiatrist (F/H)? In a stimulating medical-social environment, you will bring your expertise to improve the mental well-being of residents. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients - Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure global and coherent follow-up - Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnose mental pathologies in residents - Facilitate individual or group therapy sessions to promote personal development - Participate in regular clinical meetings and contribute to the continuous training of healthcare personnel
