PSYCHIATRIST (F/H) (Based in Privas)

Appel medical search is a recruitment agency dedicated to doctors, surgeons, senior healthcare professionals and medical directors. We are looking for a psychiatrist (f/h) - full-time or part-time - to strengthen the medical team in place.

Promoting over 1,300 collaborators in the Rhône-Alpes region, the association's expertise includes psychiatric care, social and medical-social accompaniment of people weakened by mental illness, disability or old age, training, prevention, information. With a presence on different departments (8 in total), this allows for career opportunities on different territories, bringing together professionals from different horizons at conferences... while leaving great autonomy locally.

The doctors working within the association highlight a great deal of freedom in terms of care, the possibility of defining their own practice and proximity to management to bring new projects (rTMS…). Specifically, in the Rhône-Alpes region, the offer includes:

• Intra-hospital: 220 beds for complete hospitalization in an admission/crisis unit or a follow-up unit. An UA has 20 beds and there are two doctors per UA to ensure certain quality of care for users and good working conditions for professionals.
• Extra-hospital: - 17 CMP, - 10 CATTP, - 13 HDJ (117 adult places + 51 child/adolescent places) - 1 HDJ adolescents, - 1 HDJ addictology, - 1 House of Adolescents, - 1 Diagnostic and Evaluation Center for Autism, - Mobile Team (EMPP, EMGP). Full-time or part-time offers are available on different sites in the region, both intra- and extra-hospital.

The proposed position will depend on each individual's skills and interests. To carry out your missions, you can rely on the existing team, currently composed of 35 psychiatrists, pediatric psychiatrists, general practitioners, and pharmacists (PUI). The paramedical team includes 400 nurses, including 4 advanced practice nurses, nursing assistants, health managers (one manager per care unit), psychologists, clinical psychologists, neuro-psychologists, social workers… To facilitate the arrival of new candidates, the association offers:
