PSYCHIATRIST (F/H) (Based in Lille)

Appel médical search is looking for a psychiatrist H-F based in the Nord (59) region - Lille metropolitan area. The clinic is a renowned establishment that is part of a public utility foundation managing 25 healthcare facilities and social services. It specializes in mental health care for adolescents and young adults (15-25 years old). The clinic has a competent and dedicated team.

You will work within a multidisciplinary medical and paramedical team and actively participate in:

• Conducting individual and family psychiatric interviews
• Animating therapeutic activities (group, individual, artistic, and cultural) and physical activity sessions adapted to patients' needs
• Collaborating closely with care teams, pedagogical teams, and external partners
• Coordinating and following up on therapeutic plans: Participate in clinical summaries and develop individualized care projects
• Supervising interns and contributing to continuous training
• Investing in research projects and transversal initiatives (e.g., therapeutic devices, reference networks)
• Administrative and organizational activities: Manage a balanced workload within the respect of working hours (38 hours per week for full-time employees over 5 days), participate in service meetings, and contribute to institutional life through your communications and collaborations
  
  
  

  This position offers:

  • Type of contract: Permanent or 80% time commitment
  • Working hours: 38 hours per week, with an adaptable schedule (average 9am-5:30pm, possible range 8:30am-6:30pm)
  • Obligations: Average 4 days per month (distance work with travel as needed)
  • Remuneration: Attractive salary according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (between €90,000 and €95,000 gross per year for a beginner on an 80% time commitment)
  • Annual bonus: 5% of gross remuneration

    Requirements:

    • Holds a Doctorate in Medicine and a DES in Psychiatry
    • Experience in clinical practice, ideally in the care of adolescents and young adults
    • Expected skills:
    • Excellent knowledge of psychopathology (schizophrenic disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, addictions, and certain forms of autism)
    • Aptitude to work in a team and coordinate transversal projects
    • Aptitude to animate therapeutic activities and supervise interns
    • Personal qualities: Rigor, professional ethics, and sense of engagement
    • Excellent communication and relational skills
