PSYCHIATRIST (F/H) (Based at Sablé-sur-Sarthe)

We offer permanent positions, liberal installation, and fixed-term contracts. Under the authority of the Direction and in close collaboration with the Medical Coordination, you will be responsible for:

Assuring psychiatric care for patients (adolescents and young adults) in complete hospitalization (psychiatry and/or pediatric psychiatry).

Developing and implementing individualized therapeutic projects for patients, in collaboration with psychologists, the healthcare team, rehabilitation professionals, and teachers from the National Education system.

Conducting consultations and psychiatric evaluations (diagnoses, treatment indications, orientations).

Prescribing and following up on medication treatments and adapted psychotherapies.

Participating in institutional life: clinical meetings, synthesis meetings, instances (CME, Commissions, etc.), and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Contributing to the continuity of care at the establishment by participating in the system of guards and/or medical on-call shifts (remunerated separately).

Doctorate in Medicine and DES in Psychiatry (general or infantile-juvenile). Mandatory registration with the French National Council of Physicians.

Skills:

Solid clinical expertise in caring for adolescent and young adult mental health issues.

Able to work in a multidisciplinary team and develop diverse therapeutic approaches.

Sense of organization, scientific rigor, and relational qualities.
