We are looking for one of our clients, a private healthcare establishment, engaged in a renewal dynamic, seeking a Psychiatrist (F/H) on a permanent basis located near Rennes and Laval.

By integrating the establishment, you will contribute to rebuilding a medical team and carry out an interesting care project. This opportunity offers you the possibility of investing in a human-scale structure and playing a key role in creating a new team cohesion. The position is available on a permanent basis with the possibility of starting as a temporary contract according to your wishes. We are open to applications for full-time or part-time positions.

The complete team consists of three psychiatrists, you will take charge of a 63-bed hospitalization service, evenly distributed at 20 beds per practitioner. We offer:

• A gross annual salary of €180k for a full-time position.
• A stimulating project focused on rebuilding a team and developing new work dynamics.
• Limited phone duties with an average of one call per week, without the need for travel.
• The possibility of settling in the Rennes or Laval region, a city recognized for its quality of life, cultural dynamism, and proximity to major axes (Paris, Rennes, the Atlantic coast).
