Gender Violence Psychologist

We are looking for a general sanitary psychologist to provide care to victims of gender violence in Madrid, in the Sierra Noroeste area. The main tasks include applying the protocol of action for victims, providing information to women who attend the center, conducting individual psychological interventions adapted to each case, and making referrals to other resources when necessary. Also, crisis situations will be intervened, meetings will be managed, and documentation will be kept up-to-date. The psychologist will work in a multidisciplinary team with social workers, lawyers, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have experience working with victims of gender violence, knowledge of the protocol of action for victims, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The psychologist must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
