Workplace: Koluszki - near Łódź
Remuneration: PLN 32 gross per hour
Bonus: up to PLN 500 gross per month
Contract: temporary employment contract
Work System: 3 shifts, Monday to Friday

What does the work involve?

• operating machines and equipment, such as presses, machine tools, milling machines, and lathes,
• working on an assembly line,
• manufacturing car parts,
• executing tasks according to the production plan,
• monitoring process parameters and product quality,
• ensuring safety and order at the workstation.

• have manual and technical skills,
• able to operate machines or willing to develop in this area,
• able to use basic measuring instruments, e.g., a caliper,
• able to work in a 3-shift system.

• Remuneration for work is set at an amount corresponding to the type of work performed, the qualifications required for its performance, taking into account the quantity and quality of work performed.
• Remuneration for work at full-time employment shall not be lower than the minimum remuneration for work.
• An employee employed on a part-time basis is entitled to basic remuneration and other components of remuneration in proportion to the working time established in the employment contract.
• Hourly rates are calculated by dividing the amount of monthly basic remuneration due for full-time employment in a month by the nominal working time in that month.
