Insurance Representative – part-time job

Your scope of responsibilities

• Pursuing clients in the life insurance area and building long-term relationships with them,
• Active sales of individual insurance products - matching the product to the customer's needs,
• Customer service and availability at every stage of the policy's duration,
• Achieving set sales plans and reaching performance targets,
• Participation in product and competency training.

Our requirements

• Middle school education or higher,
• Possession of a business activity or openness to establishing one,
• Good organizational skills, allowing you to reconcile current work with a new role in insurance,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - working with another person requires attentive listening, understanding, and empathy,
• Creativity and inventiveness - the best representatives seek diverse solutions to achieve results, take care of customers, and remember professional ethics,
• A willingness to develop - we don't like standing still, we care about our salespeople's development through continuous training.
