Regional Representative - Cattle Sector (m/f/d)
Workplace: ElblągYour responsibilities
- Sales of products and customer service in the assigned area and achievement of sales targets.
- Nutritional advice, professional support for breeders, distributors, and veterinarians.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients (cattle breeders, distributors, veterinarians) and acquiring new clients.
- Taking care of the company's image.
- Monitoring and analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
- Controlling buyer solvency and gathering information about buyers.
- Participation in industry events, including: exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and product demonstrations.
- Activity planning and daily reporting in the CRM system.
Our requirements
- Knowledge of nutritional standards, ration balancing, and cattle nutritional problems.
- Knowledge of cattle physiology.
- Higher education, specialization in agriculture/animal science/veterinary medicine.
- Driving license category B.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and good communication skills.
- Ability to organize one's own work.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Experience as a sales representative and field experience are welcome.
