Medical Representative (m/f/d) – Hospital Market

Your responsibilities

• Representing the company and developing sales in the assigned territory.
• Actively acquiring clients from the hospital sector and building long-term relationships.
• Presenting and selling specialized medical equipment and solutions for washing, disinfection, and sterilization.
• Preparing commercial offers and valuations for tender procedures.
• Achieving sales targets, working with CRM, and coordinating deliveries.
• Conducting product presentations and training, and participating in industry conferences.
• Cooperating with Service, Marketing, Public Procurement, and Customer Service teams.
• Territory I: Mazowieckie, Podlaskie, Łódzkie voivodeships.
• Territory II: Pomorskie, Warminsko-Mazurskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeships.

Our requirements

• Experience in sales and customer work, preferably in the medical industry, in the hospital market.
• Ease in building and maintaining business relationships.
• English at a communicative level (B2).
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ease of computer use.
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently for business.
• Independence, good work organization, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of tender procedures.
