(Legnica, Środa Śląska)

• Responsibility for achieving set business goals (quantitative and qualitative) in the traditional and modern channel in the assigned territory
• Building and maintaining relationships with business partners
• Ensuring the distribution and sales of our products (Ploom, Camel, Winston, LD)
• Cooperation with local teams 1-2-1, KAC, WAC and exchange of necessary information aimed at increasing the effectiveness of implementing the company's strategy in retail outlets (TT/KA/KLA)
• Supervising the qualitative implementation of the online platform in the assigned points of sale
• Carrying out consumer activations through actions taken directly and/or indirectly

• You are ready for mobile work: daily driving and meetings with clients
• You have experience in direct sales – FMCG industry preferred
• You know English at B1 level (welcome)
• You have higher education or are about to graduate
• You have an active driving license category B
• You can organize your work excellently and prioritize tasks appropriately
• You have an analytical mind, are interested in the sales process, and want to build your experience in it
• You are an open, communicative, and development-oriented person

• Employment based on an employment contract
