Sales Representative in the Construction Industry - Tools, Construction Chemicals

Your Responsibilities

If you enjoy working with clients, can organize your day well, and can be counted on to see tasks through to completion – we invite you to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes their work seriously, keeps their commitments, and understands that effective sales require regular visits, active client prospecting, and systematic action.

You will be responsible for developing sales of Inchem Polonia products in stores, wholesale outlets, and construction markets in the assigned territory.

Region: West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Pomeranian Voivodeship, and Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship

Your most important tasks will include:

regularly visiting existing clients and developing cooperation,

actively acquiring new points of sale,

independently planning routes and sales visits,

presenting offers and demonstrating products and new items,

preparing offers and conducting negotiations,

consistently closing initiated conversations and agreements,

achieving sales goals and plans,

ensuring product availability and proper product display,

timely and reliable reporting of work performed,

transmitting information about client needs and market situation,

cooperating with the Sales Director and other company departments.

Our Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone who:

has at least one year of experience as a sales representative – a mandatory requirement,

wants to work in the field and actively develop sales,

is responsible, punctual, and keeps commitments,

can plan work independently and set priorities correctly,

does not postpone matters and brings initiated topics to completion,

regularly contacts clients instead of waiting for their calls,

can accept feedback and implement agreed-upon actions,

reliably reports visits, conversations, and results,

is focused on achieving specific goals,

easily makes contacts and conducts sales conversations,

has a category B driver's license and is ready for regular business trips,

efficiently uses a phone, computer, and reporting tools.
