Sales Representative in the AGRO industry

Place of work: Zielona Góra

Your responsibilities

• active sales of products from the following departments: plant protection products, seeds, fertilizers
• achieving the set sales plan
• maintaining a good company image, building good customer relationships, and providing substantive support in the assigned territory
• reporting work results
• expanding the customer base
• organizing meetings and training sessions for clients

Our requirements

• minimum 3 years of experience as a sales representative in the Agro industry (trade of agricultural production means)
• knowledge of the Agro industry, relevant education, or experience in running a farm
• communication skills, honesty, ability to organize work
• ability to document work results
• motivation to improve qualifications
• high personal culture and positive attitude towards work and people
• flexibility and willingness to work beyond designated hours
• effective work day organization
• possession of a category B driving license
