Sales Representative in the AGRO industry

Workplace: Bydgoszcz

Your responsibilities

• active sales of products from the following departments: plant protection products, seeds, fertilizers
• execution of the established sales plan
• maintaining the company's good image, maintaining good customer relations, and providing expert support in the assigned territory
• reporting work results
• expanding the customer base
• organizing meetings and training sessions for clients

Our requirements

• experience of at least 3 years as a sales representative in the Agro industry (trade in agricultural production inputs)
• knowledge of the Agro industry, relevant education, or experience in running a farm
• communicativeness, honesty, ability to organize work
• ability to document work results
• motivation to improve qualifications
• high personal culture and positive attitude towards work and people
• flexibility and readiness to work outside of designated hours
• effective organization of the workday
• possession of a Category B driving license
