Sales Representative
Place of Work: WęgrówYour responsibilities
- active acquisition of new customers and development of cooperation with existing customers,
- building and maintaining long-term relationships with farms,
- sales of products from the company's offer,
- commercial and product consulting in the scope of the offered assortment,
- preparation of commercial offers and conducting negotiations,
- implementation of sales plans and set commercial goals,
- monitoring the market, prices, and competitor activities,
- identifying customer needs and adapting the offer to their expectations,
- ongoing reporting of sales results and commercial activities,
- cooperation with the sales department, warehouse, and other company departments,
- participation in training, industry meetings, demonstrations, and events organized for clients,
- maintaining a positive company image and high quality of customer service.
Our requirements
- experience in sales or customer service – preferably in the agricultural industry,
- knowledge of the specifics of farms and basic issues related to plant production will be a significant asset,
- communication skills and ease of establishing contacts,
- ability to build long-term relationships with clients,
- independence and good work organization,
- focus on achieving goals and sales results,
- negotiation and sales skills,
- responsibility and commitment,
- driving license category B,
- readiness for field work.
- agricultural education or professional experience related to agriculture,
- knowledge of the market for plant protection products, fertilizers, or seed material,
