Sales Representative – Eyeglass Lenses Department

We are recruiting for

an international, renowned company in the medical technology industry, which is a global leader in the production of high-quality eyeglass lenses. Due to the dynamic development of the organization and the expansion of sales structures, we are looking for ambitious, proactive, engaged individuals with knowledge of the optical industry.

Your responsibilities

• Conducting active sales of products offered by the Company in the designated territory;
• Professional customer service;
• Developing the client base, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners;
• Responsibility for achieving sales plans and meeting and monitoring key performance indicators;
• Conducting training sessions and presentations;
• Cooperation with other company departments within the scope of assigned tasks.

Our requirements

• Education in the field of eyeglass optics/optometry or experience in selling eyeglass lenses;
• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience;
• High communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on teamwork;
• Commitment and willingness to acquire optical and product knowledge;
• Good work organization and ability to prioritize;
• Knowledge of English at a minimum basic level.
