Your responsibilities

• Active sales of RES products: photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps, pellet boilers
• Conducting meetings and sales negotiations with the client — from the first contact to signing the contract
• Handling leads provided by the company
• Presenting offers tailored to a specific building
• Post-sales support in cooperation with the office
• Planning own sales activities

Our requirements

• Experience in selling RES products — a mandatory condition. This is not a position to learn the industry. We are looking for someone who has already had discussions about PV installations, heat pumps, or boilers and knows where the client hesitates and where they sign
• Car
• Ability to conduct presentations, sales conversations, and negotiations
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Readiness to cooperate in a B2B format
• An ambitious, self-confident, emotionally mature person, oriented towards achieving sales results

Who we are Air & Soul Energy Systems is an RES company, operating on the Polish market for over a decade. We specialize in providing comprehensive energy solutions for single-family homes — photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps, and pellet and wood boilers. Our technical team has supervised the execution of over 10,000 installations throughout Poland. How we work: We handle everything under one roof — from free consultation and audit, through selecting the configuration for a specific building and subsidy program, professional installation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and standards, to commissioning, user training, and post-sales monitoring. We help obtain subsidies from the Clean Air and My Electricity programs — at no extra charge.
